Using image galleries
Select the folder left of "Image Galleries" in the main menu to open the Image galleries sub-menu. Depending on your access rights, only a subset of the menu items displayed below may be available to you.

Selecting the "Image Galleries" link opens the Image Gallery Main Page. It contains a help section and a list of available image galleries and their visibility.
You can open a gallery directly from here, by selecting the link in the gallery list!

If you select "Galleries" all available image galleries are listed in a table.
List all available File Galleries
You can list all files in the gallery by selecting the icon in the "Actions" coloumn (framed red in the figure above).
You can browse the gallery by clicking on its name in the "Name" coloumn.
The rest is pretty straightforward. Clicking on the image will display it in its original size. You may now move through the gallery using the navigation icons on top of the image.
Display an image file
Upload image
Selecting the "Upload image" menu item you can upload an image file to a gallery. The file upload dialog appears:

- Enter a file name in the "Image Title" edit field
- Enter a short description in the "Image Description" edit field.
Please try to enter the text in both German and English! - Select the target image gallery you want to upload to, using the "Gallery" combo box
- Use the Browse button next to "Upload from Disk" to select a single file from your harddisk
- Finally, select Upload
User watch
If you want to receive an e-mail when an image file is added to the gallery, simply create a watch by clicking on the little eye that appears toward the top of the gallery page:

The eye changes it's state to indicate that you have set a Watch.

If you no longer want to monitor the gallery, deactivate the watch by clicking on the eye again!
